It’s Official – JEP Realty Has Joined REAL Broker!

After 10 incredible years with EXIT Realty, I’ve made the exciting decision to partner with REAL Broker—one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in the U.S. This move wasn’t easy, but just like I tell my agents and my sons: success requires trusting your instincts and taking smart risks. Real estate is an ever-evolving industry, and growth sometimes demands change.

Over the past decade, my team and I have closed over 1,400 transactions and produced more than $500 million in volume. I’m incredibly grateful for everything we built at EXIT and for the family we became. To the agents who believed in my vision and made this transition with me—thank you.
